Mission and vision

Roger worked the last 25 years for multinationals and small/medium sized enterprises internationally. In different positions as (IT) project manager, program manager and managing director. Combining the multinational corporate way with the entrepreneur style of working and decision making at SME's can give huge opportunities to all size of businesses. 

All different sized businesses have their own challenges. Complex transformations from e.g. handing over the ownership of a company to the next generation, or scaling and starting up a businesses in new countries.  

Based on this experience it became clear what the common opportunity is for all these businesses. Step 1 is BACK to BASICS. 

In the current world we want to implement high level organizations, processes and tools, but often forgetting to ensure the foundation must be strong first. BASIC processes, communication and tools gives a  boost to your company and people on the mid and long term. 

Based on the vision of going back to the basics, FLINTRA, offers its services to lead your (IT) projects, programs and transformations. Also interim management positions are part of my portfolio.
